We understand how difficult it can be to find the care that is right for you and your family. Seaview Guest Home cares for no more than six residents at any given time. The small, home setting means that our staff is able to provide an exceptional level of attention and care to each resident. A small home also means we can work with each family to create a plan of care tailored to each individual's needs.
The highest standards of care and comfort. //
Care at many levels. //
Daily living.
We are happy to help with all levels of care. Some residents are quite independent, and enjoy strolls to the nearby coffee shops and famers maket. Other residents require a bit more attention, and we're happy to provide all levels of assistance with bathing, grooming, eating, dressing, medications, and so on. We work with each individual to provide everyone the care and dignity they deserve.
Family-style dining.
We are proud of our food! We offer three home-cooked meals a day, and snacks around the clock. We work with the best, freshest ingredients to ensure that each meal is healthy--and delicious!
Uninterrupted compassion.
We welcome residents at all stages of life. We provide the highest level of care for residents with with Alzheimer's and dementia and provide the highest standards of care for them. We also maintain a hospice waiver so we can continue to care for residents in all circumstances. We do all we can meet the challenges of aging with tranquility.

A family-run environment.
Cecilia Sullivan has been caring for the elderly her whole life. Originally from Peru, she grew up alongside elder family members in her home. Cecilia spent years working as a teacher, a certified nursing assistant, and a home health aide--but her passion has always been working with the elderly.
Cecilia opened Seaview Guest Home in 1988 with the goal of providing families with an alternative approach to elder care: a small home instead of a large facility, personal warmth instead of a hospital-type setting. Cecilia is respected for her skills, dedication, and compassionate care. In the past years, Cecilia has welcomed her daughters and other health professionals to the Seaview family.
Our staff is RCFE-certified, available 24 hours, and happy to personalize care.
